Most regulatory agencies are subject to administrative law provisions, outside of formal court proceedings. These administrative procedures are designed to protect the owner of property with an objective “Due Process of Law” in the application of existing regulations to private property. MBR is available to lead the owner through the administrative “thicket” in order that the owner is fully protected with all the administrative remedies available in a timely manner. Such procedures may apply to the opening/closing of access points, permits for construction, and efforts to re-zone or re-develop private property.
