Represented the owner of a large tract of vacant land in an FDOT taking for a new type of intersection configuration which precluded access to both portions of the subject property proximate to the intersection in the after condition. We proved that the FDOT did not value the subject property correctly in the before compared to after condition and did not value the access difficulty at all.
