Mediation

The Florida Rules of Civil Procedure now require that virtually every eminent domain and property rights case go through a court-ordered mediation process before a trial. Our Firm uses the mediation process as a meaningful and effective tool to achieve our clients’ goals without the risk and expense of a jury trial. Our Attorneys prepare as diligently for mediation as they do for trial, in order to make an effective and thoughtful presentation to the opposing side's representative.
